A course with a community

You don't learn in isolation. At The Vegan Chef School you have access to our private community and study group on a platform away from social media and its' pesky distractions. All students can request 121 calls with Chef Day for support with recipe development, recipe troubleshooting, internship queries and careers guidance.

Chef Day Radley

Hi, I’m Vegan Chef, Day Radley, founder of The Vegan Chef School. I created the school to help forward the vegan movement. I became vegan in 1995 and a professional chef in 2010. I have worked as a Head Chef and Executive Chef, setting up restaurants in Europe and Asia. I worked as a Private Chef for celebrities, royalty and professional athletes.
